For standard corporate events with up to 200 delegates, we recommend 4 to 8 weeks of lead time. For large conferences or multi-day events, 8 to 16 weeks ensures the best venue availability, speaker coordination, and production quality. For annual events or statutory AGMs with fixed regulatory deadlines, reaching out 3 to 6 months in advance is strongly recommended.
Who manages our event on the day?
Mice2Meet operates on a single-point accountability model. Your designated event manager leads both the planning process and the on-site team on the event day. We do not hand off events to junior staff — the person who planned your event is on the ground to manage execution.
Do you provide a post-event report?
Yes. All events include a post-event closure report covering attendance data, run-of-show summary, vendor performance notes, and a budget reconciliation. For conferences, this may also include delegate feedback summaries and session documentation if in scope.
